Terms & Conditions (AGB)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between Sandra Bielesch (OrganGym) and customers regarding the purchase of digital training programs and the mediation of supportive products.
2. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded when you select a product in the shop, add it to the cart and complete the purchase via PayPal.
3. Services
– Sale of digital products (training programs as downloadable content)
– Accompanying support (e.g., via email, messenger or group platform)
– Mediation of products (e.g., exogenous ketones) that are ordered and delivered by a partner provider
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are final prices in euros.
No VAT is charged (§ 19 UStG – small business regulation).
Payment is made via PayPal.
5. Delivery of Digital Content
After payment, you will receive access to your program via email or through a protected download area.
